1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pink Wish Car Rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Pink Wish Car Rental, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories)
  • Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
  • Provide a valid form of payment (credit card preferred)
  • Present valid identification documents
  • Meet our insurance and credit requirements

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Rates are subject to change and additional fees may apply for:

  • Additional drivers
  • GPS navigation systems and other accessories
  • Child safety seats
  • Insurance coverage upgrades
  • Late returns or early pickups
  • Fuel service charges (if vehicle is not returned with full tank)

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions

Rental vehicles must NOT be used for:

  • Any illegal activities or purposes
  • Transporting hazardous materials
  • Racing, speed testing, or reckless driving
  • Towing or pushing other vehicles
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Off-road driving (unless authorized)
  • Sub-leasing or unauthorized third-party use

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by negligence or violation of rental terms
  • Interior damage, including stains and odors
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Tire damage, windshield chips, and undercarriage damage

We recommend purchasing additional coverage options for comprehensive protection.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will be applied at current fuel prices plus a service fee.

7. Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned to the designated location on the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional daily charges. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: Full charge applies

9. Accidents and Breakdowns

In case of an accident or breakdown, please contact us immediately at (767) 612 8379. You must also:

  • Ensure the safety of all passengers
  • Contact local authorities if required
  • Document the incident with photos and witness information
  • Complete an accident report form
  • Not admit fault or liability at the scene

10. Limitation of Liability

Pink Wish Car Rental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental charges paid.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
