Rental Terms and Conditions

These are the additional terms and conditions referenced in your rental agreement. A copy is attached to every signed agreement at pickup.

1. This agreement is between Pink Wish Car Rentals and the renter identified above. By signing, the renter confirms that the information supplied for the rental is true and that the renter accepts the terms in this agreement.
2. Only the renter and the additional drivers listed in this agreement may operate the vehicle. Authorized drivers must hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years and satisfy Pink Wish Car Rentals identity and driving checks.
3. The renter is responsible for the vehicle, its keys, and any approved extras from pickup until the vehicle is returned and checked in by Pink Wish Car Rentals.
4. The vehicle must only be driven on suitable roads and must not be used for racing, towing, carrying passengers for hire, unlawful activity, or any use prohibited by company policy or the laws of Dominica.
5. The renter must not operate the vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance that affects safe driving, and must ensure all passengers use seat belts.
6. The renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date, time, and location unless Pink Wish Car Rentals approves a written change. Early returns do not guarantee rate reductions. Late returns may incur late fees.
7. The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as issued, fair wear and tear excepted. Fuel shortages, excessive dirt, smoking residue, pet hair, lost accessories, and avoidable roadside incidents may incur additional charges.
8. If an accident, theft, or other incident occurs, the renter must notify the police where required and Pink Wish Car Rentals as soon as practicable, and must cooperate with all reports, statements, and claims handling.
9. The renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle, and for loss, theft, downtime, third-party damage, fines, tolls, administrative costs, and other charges to the extent permitted by law and by this agreement, unless the renter has selected some form of additional insurance available on class A, B, or C vehicles, in which case liability is limited to the terms of the cover actually purchased and still applicable.
10. Any optional waiver, roadside cover, collision damage waiver, windshield and tire cover, or similar product only applies according to its specific terms and does not excuse breaches of this agreement.
11. A security deposit is required at pickup. Pink Wish Car Rentals may apply, capture, retain, or release the deposit according to the outcome of the rental, including damage, fuel, late return, fines, extensions, cleaning, or other sums owed.
12. If the security deposit is insufficient, the renter remains liable for all additional amounts due on first demand, including collection costs where permitted by this agreement.
13. Pink Wish Car Rentals may recover amounts payable under this agreement from the renter using the payment methods or payment authorities provided by the renter, including amounts arising after return where those charges relate to the rental period.
14. The renter must keep the vehicle secured when unattended and must not perform repairs or modifications without prior authorization. Authorized repairs require supporting receipts.
15. Some vehicles may use geolocation or telematics tools for fleet protection, recovery, or contract enforcement where lawful. By renting, the renter consents to that operational use.
16. Pink Wish Car Rentals may disclose relevant personal and transaction information to payment providers, insurers, repairers, regulators, law enforcement, and service providers where reasonably necessary for this rental, claims handling, collections, or legal compliance.
17. Refunds, releases, or deposit reversals are subject to the applicable payment provider or bank process and timeline.
18. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. The parties agree that the addresses recorded for the renter form the contact basis for legal notices relating to this rental.
